Our story

hellomoov is your partner for modular aluminum profile systems and a European reference in the design and the manufacturing of conveyors for transport, sorting & transfer systems

The hellomoov brand was created in 2017 with the following objectives:

– To provide the market with a comprehensive and clear offering, thanks to the multiple solutions and possibilities offered by the group’s companies.

– To highlight the local brands (Elcom, Coris, Faber), which are now part of a common long-term development project.

This is how the group and the project have been formed since 2011.

Oryx Partner, a French industrial group, owned and founded by Jérome Pignard, aiming at diversifying its activity, acquired, with Eric Vergne, a local entrepreneur, the two companies Elcom, based in Bourgoin-Jallieu (Rhône-Alpes) and in Le Plessis-Bouchard (Ile-de-France) and TLM based in Bourgoin-Jallieu (Rhône-Alpes).

These two companies, being respectively the French leader in the aluminum profile market, designing and manufacturing modular industrial subassemblies, and a French reference in the manufacture of modular linear transfers and belt conveyors, merged under the name Elcom.

In order to consolidate its growing presence in Germany, the group finalized the purchase of Elcom Deutschland, a distributor and integrator of modular linear transfers and belt conveyors, based in Langenfeld (North Rhine-Westphalia).

The Parisian team moved to a brand-new building in Frépillon (Ile-de-France), in order to accompany its local development.

The group acquired Faber and Coris, aiming at diversifying its products’ ranges and penetrating new markets. Faber is specialized in manufacturing conveyors, function plastic tools and conditioning & packaging lines for the pharmaceutic, food and cosmetic industries, and is based in Bazeilles (Grand Est). Coris develops and manufactures technical and integrated solutions for the conditioning market, and his based in Boissy Saint Léger (Ile-de-France). Faber and Coris are merged end of the year.

Following these acquisitions, a new brand is created, hellomoov’, to accompany the group development. This new brand aims at:

  • offering the market clarity and consistency on the companies’ offers and possibilities.
  • subliming the local brands (Elcom, Coris, Faber), as being part of a sustainable and innovative project.

The group acquired Transept, which allows to offer all the market’s major standards of aluminum profiles and to add new specific transfer systems & belt conveyors, and which strengthens the group presence in the Western part of France, as being based in Challans (Pays de la Loire).

The group continued its international development within the acquisition of the Dutch company FS Solutions and its German subsidiary, both specialized in project solutions and single modular conveyors and sorters. The Dutch workshop and headquarter is based in Goor (Overijssel), nearby the German border.

Elcom and Transept merged into Elcom, to reinforce the dominant position of Elcom in the market. H’Factory, which is gathering all project-based businesses of Elcom and Faber (through its Coris brand), is created in order to mutualize our local strengths and enlarge our offer to the market.

The group rolls out a new visual identity across all entities.

Elcom Deutschland and the German subsidiary of FS Solutions merged, under the new name Movandis, in order to mutualize local technical and commercial expertises.

Besides, the German company ASK, a producer and distributor of aluminum profiles and accessories, joined hellomoov’. These 2 operations allow the group to offer the German, Austrian and Swiss markets an even more complete offer of products and services – the whole ranges of hellomoov’ being now delivered locally in these regions.
