Our story
hellomoov’ is your partner for modular aluminum profile systems and a European reference in the design and the manufacturing of conveyors for transport, sorting & transfer systems
The hellomoov brand was created in 2017 with the following objectives:
-To provide the market with a comprehensive and clear offering, thanks to the multiple solutions and possibilities offered by the group’s companies.
-To highlight the local brands (elcom, Coris, Faber), which are now part of a common long-term development project.
This is how the group and the project have been formed since 2011
In 2011, Oryx Partner, a French industrial group, owned and founded by Jérome Pignard, aiming at diversifying its activity, acquired, with Eric Vergne, a local entrepreneur, the two companies elcom, based in Bourgoin-Jallieu (Rhône-Alpes) and in Le Plessis-Bouchard (Ile-de-France) and TLM based in Bourgoin-Jallieu (Rhône-Alpes)
In 2012, these two companies, being respectively the French leader in the aluminum profile market, designing and manufacturing modular industrial subassemblies, and a French reference in the manufacture of modular linear transfers and belt conveyors, merged under the name elcom
In 2013, in order to consolidate its growing presence in Germany, the group finalize the purchase of elcom Deutschland, a distributor and integrator of modular linear transfers and belt conveyors ,based in Langenfeld (North Rhine-Westphalia)
In 2015, the Parisian team moved to a brand-new building in Frépillon (Ile-de-France), to accompany its local development
In 2017, the group acquired Faber and Coris, in order to diversify its products’ ranges and penetrate new markets. Faber is specialized in manufacturing conveyors, function plastic tools and conditioning & packaging lines for the pharmaceutic, food and cosmetic industries, and is based in Bazeilles (Grand Est). Coris develops and manufactures technical and integrated solutions for the conditioning market, and his based in Boissy Saint Léger (Ile-de-France)
Faber and Coris are merged end of the year.

Following 2017 acquisitions, a new brand is created, hellomoov’, to accompany the group development. This new brand aims at
-offering the market clarity and consistency on the companies’ offers and possibilities
-subliming the local brands (elcom, Coris, Faber), as being part of a sustainable and innovative project
In 2018, the group acquired Transept, which allows the group to offer all the market major standards of aluminum profiles and to add new specific transfer systems & conveyor belts, and which strengthen the group presence in the Western part of France, as being based in Challans (Pays de la Loire)
In 2021, the group continued its international development within the acquisition of the Dutch and German company FS Solutions, specialized in project solutions and single modular conveyors and sorters, and based in Goor (Overijssel)
In 2023, elcom and Transept merged into elcom, to reenforce the dominant position of elcom in the market. H’Factory, which is gathering all project-based business of elcom and Faber, is created in order to mutualize our local strengths and enlarge our offer to the market.
